Christmas 08' LO Try something fun like printing your photos on a 4x6 space....for example I order mine on Snapfish.com in a collage. Then I cut them up to get a lot of photos on one page. This is actually the best way to accomplish that task. I used 7 photos on this one-page layout! I bought some wide ivory ribbon at an outlet fabric store and used the top of a cardboard box for the background. It pops it up and is fun to paint and glitter up. I used masking tape for my journaling box, ivory acrylic paint to jazz up the cardboard, and even found some use for some left - over Creative Memories stickers. I got out the old BINGO cards and used a quarter of a Hambly Designs transparency. I also cut up my swirly bling to make the design I wanted at the bottom left hand corner of the page. I utilize my supplies and then some. Use what you have and enjoy the process. When you buy it at A Scrap In Time, use it to the MAX!
Heather's Creative Tips: Keep your leftover stickers! ALL fabric pieces, buttons from shirts, and even clothes tags that inspire you...keep these in recycled pickle jars. Don't throw away that scrap paper...stash it in a 3 gallon zip lock bag or a drawer near your creative space. My leftover paper stash is one of my favorite scrapbook embellishments! Layer different patterns...play with your supplies. Get into some of A Scrap in Time's FUN and CREATIVE classes so you can refresh your passion for this hobby!
